CANCELLATION POLICY • If the ski field is closed due to bad weather on the day of travel there is NO cancellation fee. • Cancellations within 12 hours of travel (i.e after 7pm the night before travel) 100% of the return travel fare is payable. • Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours of travel; please telephone 0800 766 928 or +64 3 383 5512 to cancel (100% of the return travel fare is payable) OR transfer to another day. |
